(the "Company") (NASDAQ: LTRX), a leading global provider of smart M2M connectivity solutions, today announced the pricing of its previously-announced public offering of common stock. The Company agreed to sell a total of 2,200,000 shares at a price of $2.50 per share (exclusive of 330,000 shares that the underwriter may purchase pursuant to a 30-day option to cover over-allotments). Net proceeds of the offering of approximately $4,915,000, will be used for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on May 1, 2012.
