To the extent possible, Lexington will endeavor to keep confidential the identity of anyone reporting a violation of the Code. You will be treated with dignity and respect, your concerns will be seriously addressed and you will be informed of the outcome. Lexington will also keep confidential the identities of employees about whom allegations of violations are brought, unless or until it is established that a violation has occurred. It is Lexingtons policy that retaliation against employees, executive officers or trustees who report actual or suspected Code violations is prohibited; anyone who attempts to retaliate will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
