Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BLVT) (“BulovaTech” or
“the Company”) announced today that it has adopted September 30th
as its fiscal year end. The Company’s primary business is defense
contracting, and September 30 coincides with the end of the government’s
fiscal year.
The Company’s accountants are proceeding to complete the work needed to
bring the Company’s filings current by the end of the calendar year.
The Company also announced that the contract award previously announced
on September 28, 2009 has been revised from $39,500,000 to $41,100,000.
