AMENDMENT TO RETENTION AGREEMENT

This Amendment to Retention Agreement (the “Amendment”) is entered into as of November 13, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), between              (the “Executive”) and Longs Drug Stores California, Inc. (the “Corporation”).
