Commitment fee

(a)                                  The Borrowers shall pay to the Agent (for the account of each Lender) an aggregate fee:

(i)                                     (from the date falling 60 days from the date of this Agreement) in USD computed at the rate of 0.1 per cent. per annum on that Lender’s Available Commitment under Facility B for the Availability Period applicable to Facility B; and

(ii)                                  in euro computed at the rate of 30 per cent. per annum of the then applicable Margin on that Lender’s Available Commitment over the preceding three month period under Facility C.

(b)                                 The accrued commitment fee is payable in arrears on the last day of each successive period of three Months which ends during the relevant Availability Period, on the last day of the Availability Period and, if cancelled in full, on the cancelled amount of the relevant Lender’s Commitment at the time the cancellation is effective.
