This excerpt taken from the LUX 20-F filed Jun 28, 2006. Consolidated Total Net Debt
means at the end of any Relevant Period, as determined from the Consolidated
Financial Statements or the Consolidated Quarterly Financial Statements (as the
case may be), the sum of:
(i) bank overdrafts; plus(ii) current portion of notes payable; plus(iii) current portion of long term debt; plus(iv) notes payable; plus(v) long term debt,less: (vi) Cash and Cash Equivalents; and(vii) Restricted Cash. |
