Directors of Banco di Sicilia S.p.A. — Gruppo Unicredit since April 2008.
From January 2008 to April 2008, he was Vice President of Banco di
Sicilia S.p.A. — Gruppo Unicredit. From 1998 to 2001 and again since January 2008,
he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Banco di Sicilia S.p.A. From
2004 to 2008, he was Director of the Syracuse branch of the Bank of Italy. He
is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Unisicilia S.p.A., Sviluppo
Messina S.r.l., Governare S.r.l. and a member of the Board of Statutory
Auditors for Infocamere scpa. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of
the President of Italy’s Committee of Civita and Committee of Unioncamere, and
the Istituto Nazionale di Ricerche Turistiche (National Institute for Research
in the Tourist Sector), and President of Cofindustria Sicilia and the Chamber
of Commerce of Syracuse. Mr. Lo Bello graduated magna cum laude from the
University of Catania in 1989 with a degree in jurisprudence.
