  Withholding Taxes.   The Company shall have the right to require the Participant or other person to remit to the Company or one or more of its Subsidiaries, or any agent thereof, an amount sufficient to satisfy all federal, state, provincial, local, and any other withholding or other applicable tax requirements at, or after, the time such tax obligation arises and to withhold from any amounts payable to the Participant or other person, as compensation or otherwise, as necessary and at any time.
