(NYSE: MDC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of twenty-five cents ($.25) per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 to shareowners of record on Tuesday, November 10, 2009.
