York.  Ms. York, age 45, is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Bank.  Prior to the MB-MidCity Merger, she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old MB Financial since joining Old MB Financial in August 2000, and also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director of Manufacturers Bank.  Ms. York previously served as a partner with the public accounting firm of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP.  She was in public accounting for 15 years and is a member of the Illinois CPA Society.
