The Company entered into an Amendment to the Purchase Agreement between Mannatech, Incorporated, and Marinova PTY, Limited, on May 6, 2008. The amendment extends the term and increases the purchase requirements thereunder. A redacted copy of this agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.4 with this Form 10-Q.
