These excerpts taken from the MRO 10-K filed Feb 27, 2009. Concentrations of Credit Risk We are exposed to credit risk in the event of nonpayment by counterparties, a significant portion of which are concentrated in energy-related industries. The creditworthiness of customers and other counterparties is subject to continuing review, including the use of master netting agreements, where appropriate. While no single customer accounts for more than 10 percent of annual revenues, we have significant exposures to United States Steel arising from the transaction discussed in Note 3 to the consolidated financial statements.
