Rights to (i) dividends will be extended to and made part of any Stock Award and (ii) Dividend Equivalents may be extended to and made part of any Restricted Stock Unit, subject in each case to such terms, conditions and restrictions as the Administrator may establish.  The Administrator may also establish rules and procedures for the crediting of interest on deferred cash payments for Awards.
