Marston's PLC, formerly Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries plc, is engaged in operating managed, tenanted and leased public houses, brewing beer and wholesaling beer, wines and spirits. It operates in four segments: Marston’s Inns and Taverns, Marston’s Pub Company, Marston’s Beer Company and Marston’s Group Services.
