the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “MRVL.” Our common shares began trading on June 27, 2000, upon completion of our initial public offering. The following table shows, for the periods indicated, the high and low
intra-day sale prices for our common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and reflects the stock split effected in fiscal 2007.
