Record Date

The record date for the annual general meeting has been set as Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Only shareholders of record as of such date will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual general meeting. On the record date, 618,958,805 shares, par value $0.002 per share (“common shares”), were outstanding. Each outstanding common share is entitled to one vote on each matter to be voted on at the annual general meeting. There is no cumulative voting in the election of directors.
