customer has provided a substantial portion of the Companys canned pineapple
sales; the loss of this customer may have a material adverse effect on
operating results.
The United States government represented approximately 35% and 20% of the Companys canned pineapple sales for 2004 and 2003, respectively; and 41% of the Companys canned pineapple sales for the first nine months of 2005. It is difficult to predict whether the United States government will continue to represent such a significant portion of the Companys canned pineapple sales in the future because there is no long-term contract. If the Company were to lose this customer, operating results would be negatively affected. This excerpt taken from the MLP 10-Q filed Aug 10, 2005. One
