McClatchy is a major newspaper company exposed across the space to the woes of the industry. They bought Knight Ridder which made them even more exposed to the declining advertiser and subscription revenue of most newspapers. They have debt (I don't know the terms - though anyone can easily research that in the public records)which I assume is likely to be harder to manage as cash flow declines.
