Mr. Hawkins serves on the board of Deluxe Corporation, the board of trustees for the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and the board of visitors for the Duke University School of Engineering. At the Annual Meeting, Mr. Hawkins is expected to be named President and Chief Executive Officer of Medtronic.
