As of March 30, 2009, we employed 52 full-time employees, consisting of 33 employees in research, development and 19 in executive management, administration and facilities. As of the same date, 23 of our employees had a Ph.D. or M.D. degree. None of our employees are subject to a collective bargaining agreement. We consider our relationship with our employees to be good.

We have established a
scientific advisory board consisting of medical professors and industry experts with knowledge of our target markets. Our scientific advisors generally meet once a year as a group to assist us in formulating our research, development and clinical
strategies. Some individual scientific advisors consult with and meet informally with us on a more frequent basis. We have entered into consulting agreements with all of our scientific advisors, but they are not our employees and may have
commitments to, or consulting or advisory contracts with, other entities that may limit their availability to us. In addition, our scientific advisors may have arrangements with other companies to assist those companies in developing products or
technologies that may compete with ours.
