Fair Value of Financial Instruments

For financial instruments including cash and cash equivalents, restricted cash, net investment in leases, accounts payable, line of credit, and other liabilities, we believe that the carrying amount approximates fair value. The fair value of the revolving line of credit is calculated based on incremental borrowing rates currently available on loans with similar terms and maturities. The fair value of the Company’s revolving line of credit at December 31, 2008 exceeded its carrying value by approximately $470,000.
