This Charter was duly amended and restated by the Board of Directors by resolutions adopted on April 24, 2003. This Charter was duly amended and restated by the Board of Directors by resolutions adopted on April 22, 2004. This Charter was duly amended and restated by the Board of Directors by resolutions adopted on April 26, 2005. This Charter was duly amended and restated by the Board of Directors by resolutions adopted on January 26, 2006.
