In June 2004, our Board adopted and we implemented a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct to promote the honest and ethical conduct of all of our directors, officers and employees, including the ethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest between personal and professional relationships; to promote full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure in periodic reports required to be filed by us; to promote compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations that apply to us and our directors, officers and employees; to promote prompt internal reporting of violations of the code to an appropriate person identified in the code; and to promote accountability for adherence to the code.
