Fixed Assets
Long-lived assets include tangible assets and identifiable intangible assets.
The assets are valued based on independent appraisals, prices for similar assets or discounted future cash flows whichever management considers most
appropriate and categorized as level 3.
Goodwill classified as level 3 is mainly valued on the basis of the fair value of the subsidiary, which is measured using discounted cash flows or
third party valuations.
