Costs of the Plan. All costs of implementing and administering the Plan shall be borne by the Employer.
Nontransferability. Participants rights to their Accounts under the Plan may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise alienated or hypothecated, other than by will or by the laws of descent and distribution. In no event shall the Employer make any payment under the Plan to any assignee or creditor of a Participant or to any assignee or creditor of a Participants Beneficiary.
