Comprehensive Income or Loss
Comprehensive income or loss is defined as the change in equity (net assets) of a business enterprise during a period from transactions and other events and circumstances from non-owner sources. The difference between net income and comprehensive income or loss for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2007 and 2006 was comprised entirely of the Companys foreign currency translation adjustment. For the three and nine months ended June 30, 2007 and 2006, the comprehensive income or loss was a loss of $5,138, and income of $3,756, $8,533 and $39,205, respectively.
