The Company may enter into forward foreign currency contracts to facilitate customers settling transactions in various currencies, primarily the U.S. dollar, British pound or euro. These forward foreign currency contracts are entered into with third parties and with terms generally identical to the Companys customers

transactions, thereby mitigating exposure to currency risk. Forward foreign currency contracts generally do not extend beyond 14 days and realized and unrealized gains and losses resulting from these transactions are recognized in the Consolidated Statements of Operations in the period they are incurred. These activities have not resulted in a material impact to the Companys operations to date.
