The calculations are
based on the following assumptions:
No future increases in base pay IRS limits set forth in Section 401(a)(17) of the Code or Social Security covered compensation as defined in Section 401(I)(4)(E) of the
Code;
Lump sum interest calculated based on a rate of 7.0% per year (4.68% for Mr. Knights earliest age, which he reached in 2006) and mortality table of GAR 94 as
specified by the IRS;
Future incentive compensation equal to 100% of base pay for President and 75% of base pay for other named executive officers;
Earliest retirement age of 55 for Edward Knight as specified in his employment agreement.
