Consistent with this focused approach, we acquired Carpenter Moore, Shareholder.com, PrimeNewswire and Directors Desk to meet the specific needs of listed companies and other customers. In 2007, we entered into definitive agreements to combine with OMX and to acquire the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and the Boston Stock Exchange.
