Savings Plan The Exchange and SCCP also participate in a voluntary defined contribution 401(k) plan which covers substantially all of the Exchange and its Subsidiaries employees. Employer contributions to this 401(k) plan were $223,000 and $180,000 through March 31, 2008 and 2007 respectively. In December 2006, the Board of Governors approved changes to the Exchanges retirement program. Employees hired on or after January 1, 2007 participate in an enhanced 401(k) plan only. Employees hired prior to January 1, 2007 were given a one-time opportunity to choose between continued participation in the current defined benefit pension plan plus current 401(k) plan or participation in the enhanced 401(k) plan.
