PIRAEUS, GREECE -- (Marketwire) -- 10/27/09 -- Navios Maritime Partners L.P. ("Navios Partners") (NYSE: NMM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.405 per unit for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009. This distribution represents a 1.3% increase over the prior quarter's distribution of $0.40 per unit and an annual distribution of $1.62 per unit. The cash distribution will be payable on November 12, 2009 to unit holders of record as of November 9, 2009.
