Item 8.01 Other Events On January 25, 2012, Amorcyte, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, issued a press release announcing the enrollment of the first patient in its PreSERVE Phase 2 trial of AMR-001, its lead product candidate for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
