The following are the breakdowns of revenue for the years ended December 31, 2003, 2004 and 2005 and cost of revenue for the years ended December 31, 2003, 2004 and 2005. The Group does not allocate any operating costs or assets to its business segments as management does not use this information to measure the performance of the operating segments. The Group’s “total revenues” as previously reported in its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2003 (prior to the adoption of FIN 46 and consolidation of VIEs) is equivalent to the Group’s “total net revenues” as reported in its financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2004 and 2005 (after the adoption of FIN 46 and consolidation of the VIEs prospectively). Both “total revenues” in 2003 and “total net revenues” in 2004 and 2005 represent gross revenue receivable from final customers, net of business tax payable by the VIEs.

In the third quarter of 2003, the Group changed the manner of reporting internal departmental information. Accordingly, the Group has restated its 2002 segment disclosures to conform with the change in segments that occurred in the third quarter of 2003. The following are the breakdowns of revenue for the years ended December 31, 2002, 2003 and 2004 and cost of revenue for the years ended December 31, 2002, 2003 and 2004. The Group does not allocate any operating costs or assets to its business segments as management does not use this information to measure the performance of the operating segments.
The Group’s “total revenues” as previously reported in its financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2002 and 2003 (prior to the adoption of FIN 46 and consolidation of VIEs) is equivalent to the Group’s “total net revenues” as reported in its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2004 (after the adoption of FIN 46 and consolidation of the VIEs prospectively).
