EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
 
The company believes that it maintains good relations with its 123,600 employees, of which approximately 18 percent are covered by 36 collective bargaining agreements. The company expects to re-negotiate seven of its collective bargaining agreements in 2009. It is not expected that the results of these negotiations will, either individually or in the aggregate, have a material adverse effect on the company’s results of operations. The company expects to re-negotiate nine of its collective bargaining agreements in 2008. It is not expected that the results of these negotiations will, either individually or in the aggregate, have a material adverse effect on the company’s results of operations. During 2004, the company successfully re-negotiated 14 collective bargaining agreements. The company currently expects to complete re-negotiation of 3 collective bargaining agreements in 2005. It is not expected that these negotiations will, either individually or in the aggregate, have a material adverse effect on the company’s results of operations.
