Compensation Philosophy The Compensation Committees executive compensation philosophy is to base managements pay, in part, on achievement of our annual and long-term performance goals, to provide competitive levels of compensation, to recognize individual initiative, achievement and length of service to us, and to assist us in attracting and retaining qualified management. The Compensation Committee also believes that the potential for equity ownership by management is beneficial in aligning management and stockholders interests in the enhancement of stockholder value. We have not established a policy with regard to Section 162(m) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. |
