      Mr. Garcia's base salary is $253,000 and he is eligible for a discretionary cash bonus with a target of 50% of his base salary. The cash bonus for 2007 was based on overall financial performance of the Company and personal performance. Mr. Garcia did not receive a cash bonus for 2007.
