Departure of Chief Financial Officer
On July 24, 2013, OfficeMax Incorporated (the Company) announced that Bruce Besanko, the Companys Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, will resign from his position effective August 6, 2013 to pursue another opportunity.
On July 24, 2013, the Company issued a press release regarding Mr. Besankos resignation. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference.
