OmniSupplier is a cabinet-based system for dispensing supplies at point of use. OptiFlex is an open-shelf management system that utilizes barcode control. OmniBuyer automates the healthcare facility's requisition process. The company sells its medication and supply dispensing systems primarily in the United States. It has a direct sales force organized into six regions in the United States and Canada. OMCL sells through distributors in Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. A majority of the systems are manufactured in the production facility in Mountain View, CA, with refurbishment and spare parts available at a Waukegan, IL facility. In full-year 2006, product offerings contributed 79% to total revenue and the remaining came from service offerings. Service and other revenues include contribution from service and maintenance contracts and rentals of automation systems.
