On Assignment, Inc. is filing this Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-Q/A (this “Form 10-Q/A”) to the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2011, initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 9, 2011 (the “Original Filing”), solely for the purpose of including the block tagging of the Notes in the Interactive Data File exhibits required by Rule 405 of Regulation S-T.
