Best (Excellent, the third highest of 15 ratings), A rating with a stable outlook from Standard & Poors (Strong, the sixth highest of 21 ratings), A2 rating with a stable outlook by Moodys (Good, the sixth highest of 21 ratings), and 27 A rating with a stable outlook by Fitch (Strong, the sixth highest of 24 ratings).
