Yordon, chief executive officer, founder and chairman of the board of Sagent Pharmaceuticals, has accepted invitations to present at upcoming conferences sponsored by Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Lazard Capital Markets LLC.

On Tuesday, November 3, 2009, Mr. Yordon will present at the Oppenheimer 20th Annual Healthcare Conference at 11:25am Eastern Time. This conference, which is taking place November 3-4 at the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel in New York, NY, will feature presentations by leading public and private companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare facility, health technology and distribution, provider and service industries.

Two weeks following, Mr. Yordon will present at the Lazard Capital Markets 6th Annual Healthcare Conference at 10:55am Eastern Time on Tuesday, November 17, 2009.
