BORROWED FUNDS The carrying amounts of federal funds purchased, commercial paper, repurchase agreements, proprietary trading short positions, cash collateral, other short-term borrowings, acceptances outstanding and accrued interest payable are considered to be their fair value because of their short-term nature.
