TRUST FUND No assets of the Corporation or any Employer shall be segregated or earmarked in respect to any benefits, and all such benefits shall constitute unsecured contractual obligations of the Employer. If the Corporation chooses to contribute to a Trust to offset its obligation under this Plan, all assets or property held by the Trust shall at all times remain subject to claims of the general creditors of the Corporation or any Employer.
