At March 27, 2009, there were approximately 110 online classes available to employees and since its inception in 2001, employees have completed over 136,000 classes online. The Company conducted 44 classes and trained over 945 employees in instructor-led classroom sessions during fiscal year 2009. Management believes that relations with employees are strong and the Company’s long-term success depends upon its employees, including its sales professionals.

The Company’s Online Source for Career Advancement and Retention (“OSCAR”) is an innovative, Internet-based, enterprise-wide learning management system that is designed to provide a comprehensive learning environment and in-depth training for every employee. OSCAR enables employees to gain product, regulatory, career advancement, industry, and distribution-process knowledge and training within a consistent and reliable educational forum. At March 31, 2006, there were approximately 145 online classes available to employees and since its inception in 2001, employees have completed over 61,500 classes online. The Company conducted approximately 29 classes and trained over 450 employees in an instructor-led classroom during fiscal year 2006. Management believes that relations with employees are good and the Company’s long-term success depends on good relations with its employees, including its sales professionals.
