Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE Amex: PCE), a West Coast office REIT, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its common stock for the third quarter 2009. The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2009.
Based on Pacific Office Properties Trust’s second quarter 2009 financial results, the current dividend payout ratio represents approximately 35% of the Company’s Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) and 48% of the Company’s Funds from Operations (FFO).
