However it still contains Oxycodone with all of its associated risks and it has to be taken with a meal. This would be difficult for patients who are ill and would have problems eating. It also takes almost 2 hours to take effect and seems to cause more severe constipation as a side effect and it is just as addictive as other opiods of this class. Even if it was approved by the FDA.
