(f) Asset Impairment
The Company follows the provisions of SFAS No. 144, Accounting for the Impairment or Disposal of Long-Lived Assets. This statement does not apply to goodwill, intangible assets not being amortized, financial instruments, and deferred tax assets. SFAS No. 144 requires an impairment loss to be recorded for assets to be held and used when the carrying amount of a long-lived asset is not recoverable from future estimated cash flows and exceeds its fair value. An asset that is classified as held-for-sale shall be recorded at the lower of its carrying amount or fair value less cost to sell. At December 31, 2004, management believes that there is no impairment of the Companys long-lived assets.
