plans to attend the Annual Meeting may obtain an admission
ticket in advance by sending a written request with proof of
ownership (such as a bank or brokerage firm account statement)
to the Company’s transfer agent, The Bank of New York, 101
Barclay Street, New York, New York 10286 Attention: Stock
Transfer Administration Department. Admittance to the Annual
Meeting will be based upon availability of seating.
Shareholders who do not present admission tickets at the Annual Meeting will be admitted upon verification of ownership at the admissions desk.
