Ms. McGarvie is President of Leadership for International
Finance, a private consulting firm providing leadership seminars
for corporate and academic groups. From 1999 to December 2002,
Ms. McGarvie was Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of BIC Group. From 1994 to 1999,
Ms. McGarvie served as Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Hannaford Bros. Co. Ms. McGarvie is a
Certified Public Accountant and has also held senior financial
positions at Sara Lee Corporation, Kraft General Foods, Inc. and
Pizza Hut, Inc. Ms. McGarvie is also a director of
Accenture Ltd., Lafarge North America, Inc. and The St. Paul
Travelers Companies, Inc.
