61, was elected to PBG’s Board in May 2004 and was
appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of PBG Mexico in
January 2004. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Rebolledo was
President and Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay International
(“FLI”), a subsidiary of PepsiCo, Inc., operating in
Latin America, Asia Pacific, Australia, Europe, Middle East and
Africa. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Rebolledo was the President
of the Latin America/ Asia Pacific region for FLI.
Mr. Rebolledo joined PepsiCo, Inc. in 1976 and held several
senior positions including serving as President and Chief
Executive Officer of the Latin America Region of PepsiCo Foods
International (“PFI”) and President of the Sabritas,
Gamesa, Brazil and Spain PFI operations. In May 2006,
Mr. Rebolledo will become a director of Applebee’s
International, Inc.
